With my experiences with Business Process Outsourcing, I am adept in Sales and Customer Service. I was once a Customer Service Representative, Travel Expert Consultant, and a Sales Specialist.
I was also a telemarketer when I came to one of the Freelancing Agencies around here that cater to projects from the US and Canada. I handled 4 clients in a year staying with the agency I worked with. I do Cold Calling, Appointment Setting, Data Entry for 3 Real Estate companies/Organizations (US) and 1 Insurance Company (Canada).
Moreover, while our considered on-the-job training experience which was our Business Plan Research and Implementation have afforded me a well-rounded skill including document organization and abilities in financial statements and reports. I was the one who prepared all the financial records and finalizes all the contents of our business plan research and implementation book in our chosen small business way back in college.
