I worked as a Technical and Customer Service Representative in the respected and well-known BPO company here in the Philippines. Working in the BPO industry not only enhanced my communication skills but also molded me to become a better employee of a company. Working long hours, quick thinker, having basic computer knowledge and multitasking are some of the skills that I have.
