I was trained in the BPO industry to assist different clients with different concerns over the phone, provide them the best customer service I can give and an accurate resolution to their problem. I am also proficient in email handling and chat-support in which I experienced sending emails to my mutual customers over the phone regarding their invoice and refund requests, updating and assisting three persons at a time by chat and messaging. Furthermore, my strong organizational and multitasking skills makes me the best candidate for this position. I am capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time with high quality. I am also able to prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure those tasks that require urgent attention.
