Hi! After graduating from college in 2017, I worked in the BPO industry, where we answered calls from foreign customers who were using the company's services in different countries. After 6 months of working as a customer service representative, I decided to pursue a job that is connected to my course, which is hotel and restaurant services. For almost two years, I've worked in the hospitality industry as a receptionist and a sales associate. My primary job as a receptionist is to provide quality and excellent service to the guests that are visiting and availing our hotel's services and goods. I've also worked for a recruitment company for 6 months as a lead generation specialist and for almost a year as a sourcing team leader. As a lead generation specialist, I generate qualified leads to deliver the needed leads for sourcing targets and handling our company's social media accounts. And when I got promoted as a team leader, some of my tasks included conducting internal interviews, new hire training for lead generation specialists, conducting job postings, FB ads, LinkedIn, and Indeed. During the course of my career, I've encountered and practiced different tools and applications that I could use as a virtual assistant or lead generation and data entry specialist such as, google sheets, google drive, google form, google slides, canva, trello, hootsuite, buffer, manychat as well as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint. I also enrolled in an online course to upskill and to learn more about freelancing. And now, I already have my FB Ads Auto-pilot course and already have my certificate.
