We run on Homebase, Flyra, GoHighLevel, and Quo today, and almost everything in this business - scheduling, dispatch, collections, customer communication, hiring, reporting - is still done by a human doing manual work that an AI system could do faster, cheaper, and without a day off. We need one person who can walk in, learn how this business actually runs, and rebuild it with Claude and other models doing the work of three people. WHAT YOU'LL OWN: Auditing our current workflows (CSR ops, dispatch, billing/collections, upsell scripts, VA/technician hiring pipeline) and identifying exactly where AI replaces manual labor Building and deploying real AI agents/automations using Claude (and other models where they fit better) - not toy demos, systems that run in production and touch real customers and real money Integrating AI into our actual stack - Homebase, Flyra, GoHighLevel, Quo - via API, webhooks, Zapier/Make/n8n, or custom code, whatever gets it done reliably Automating collections follow-up, subscription recovery, estimate follow-up, customer communication, and reporting - the work currently eating hours of human time every single day Building internal tools/dashboards so leadership can see what's happening without manually pulling reports Documenting and systematizing everything you build so it survives without you personally maintaining it forever Training the team on what you've built so it actually gets used THIS IS NOT ENTRY-LEVEL, AND IT IS NOT A PROMPT-ENGINEERING GIG. HERE'S WHAT'S REQUIRED: Real, hands-on experience building with the Claude API (or GPT/other LLM APIs) - not just chatting with a model in a browser. Point to something you built that actually shipped and did real work. You can code. Python or JavaScript/Node, enough to build, debug, and maintain automations yourself - not just wire together no-code tools and hope. Integration experience - Zapier, Make, n8n, or direct API/webhook work. You think like an operator, not just an engineer. 8/10 English or higher, spoken and written.
