Appointment Setter - Call Warm Leads for US Home Service Companies

We're a US marketing company. We run Facebook and Instagram ads for home service companies, and we're building out our sales setting team. You'll be calling the leads those ads generate and booking in-home appointments onto our clients' calendars. This is not cold calling. Every person you call has just filled out a form on one of our ads asking for a free consultation. They're expecting to hear from us. Your job is to call them fast - within 5 minutes - qualify them, and get the appointment booked. What you'll do day to day Call new leads within minutes of them coming in Dial through the entire pipeline for each company you're assigned, 1-2 times per day Qualify each lead: homeowner, inside the service area, both decision-makers available Book the appointment directly onto the client's calendar Follow up by call and text with leads who don't answer the first time Confirm appointments ahead of time so people actually show up Keep notes updated so nothing falls through the cracks What we're looking for Clear, natural-sounding English - you'll be speaking with American homeowners all day Previous phone sales, appointment setting, or call center experience Results driven. You should care about your booking numbers and want to beat them Comfortable with high call volume and hearing no Available during US business hours, Central time Reliable internet and a quiet place to take calls Someone who wants to grow.
