Claude AI Developer - Web Apps & Business Tools We are looking for a developer who specialises in Claude AI to help us design and build web applications, internal systems and specialist tools that support the continued growth of our businesses. We want to use Claude and AI more effectively to improve our operations, automate repetitive work and develop tools that help our team make better decisions. This will initially be a project-based role, with the potential for ongoing weekly work as we identify and develop further opportunities. Responsibilities Understand our businesses, existing systems and operational challenges. Identify practical opportunities where AI, automation or a custom application could save time or improve performance. Design and build functional web applications and internal business tools using Claude. Create specialist Claude Projects, workflows and tools for different areas of the business. Develop AI assistants that can work with our company documents, processes and data. Build dashboards, calculators, reporting tools and operational systems. Connect applications with third-party platforms through APIs and integrations. Automate repetitive administrative and operational tasks. Develop clear prompts, structured workflows and reusable AI processes. Test applications thoroughly and resolve errors or unreliable outputs. Ensure tools are secure, scalable and straightforward for non-technical team members to use. Document completed projects and provide training to our team. Maintain and improve tools after they have been launched. Provide realistic project timelines and regular progress updates. Examples of tools we may want to develop include: Property-performance and revenue-analysis dashboards. AI tools for reviewing bookings, occupancy and pricing data. Automated owner and tenant communication systems. Property onboarding and listing-creation workflows. Maintenance, cleaning and operational reporting tools. Internal knowledge assistants trained on our procedures and documents. Contract, invoice and document-review tools. Lead-management and proposal-generation systems. Tools that connect information from our different property-management platforms. The ideal candidate will: Have proven experience building applications and business tools using Claude. Be experienced with the Claude API, Claude Code, prompt engineering and AI workflow development. Have strong web-development skills across both front-end and back-end systems. Be confident working with APIs, databases, authentication and third-party integrations. Understand how to create dependable AI outputs using structured data, validation and appropriate safeguards. Be able to turn an initial business idea into a practical and user-friendly finished product. Understand business processes and proactively suggest opportunities for improvement. Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical team members. Work independently and take ownership of projects from planning through to launch. Produce clean, maintainable and well-documented work. Have excellent written English and strong attention to detail. Experience within property management, hospitality, short-let accommodation or workflow automation would be beneficial but is not essential.
