    Bilingual Weekend Staffing Coordinator

    Bilingual Weekend Staffing Coordinator(Remote) Location: 100% Remote (Work From Home) Start Date: Immediate About Us We are a New York-based event staffing company that provides hundreds of hospitality professionals for weddings catering companies and event venues every week. We're looking for a highly organized bilingual (Spanish/English) Weekend Operations Manager to oversee our weekend operations and ensure every event is fully staffed and running smoothly. Schedule (Eastern Time) *Wednesday: 4 hours TBD *Thursday: 4 hours TBD *Friday: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM *Saturday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 12:00 AM *Sunday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM Additional weekday hours may be available as needed. Key Responsibilities * Schedule staff for events using our existing staff database. * Communicate with clients regarding upcoming events and staffing needs. * Coordinate with venues and internal team members to ensure smooth event execution. * Ensure all events have proper staffing coverage. * Call and text staff to fill last-minute openings and schedule changes. * Handle inbound and outbound calls texts emails and inquiries. * Maintain accurate records in our CRM system. * Provide administrative support to office staff and clients. Qualifications * Minimum 3 years of administrative or operations experience. * Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken). * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. * Experience managing high volumes of calls messages and scheduling. * Reliable and able to work consistently during U.S. Eastern Time business hours. * Stable high-speed internet connection and reliable electricity. * Ability to work independently and solve problems under pressure.     Care Management & Coordination for ECM Participants- Support at Home The Role This is a dynamic care management and coordination position focused on delivering Support at Home services that empower older people to live safely independently and with dignity in their own homes.
