As a Real Estate Caller, you'll play a crucial role in reaching out to leads from our Boomtown Database. You'll be responsible for making calls 4 hours per day, 3 days a week. Your friendly voice and persuasive skills will help us build relationships and grow our business. What You'll Do: Call assigned leads from the Boomtown Database. Engage potential clients with a warm and friendly demeanor. Gather information and update our client management system. Work collaboratively with the team to improve outreach strategies. What We're Looking For: Mid-level experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in real estate. Exceptional communication skills with a friendly and casual tone. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
