We are building an internal CRM web application and a set of internal tools and we want a developer who moves fast with AI coding assistants (Claude / Claude Code) but who can read debug and defend every line that ships. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Build and maintain our internal CRM web app: contact and patient records task queues reporting dashboards - Build internal tools and automations: billing and reporting scripts data imports integrations with our existing systems - Use Claude / Claude Code as your primary development accelerator and review test and correct its output - Write and run tests fix bugs deploy and monitor - Document what you build so the rest of the team can maintain it REQUIREMENTS - 1+ years building and shipping real web applications not tutorials - Strong in at least one modern stack: React + Node + PostgreSQL or Python (Django / Flask). If you would recommend a different stack for an internal CRM tell us why in your application - Comfortable with SQL REST APIs Git and basic deployment (Docker VPS or cloud) - Real demonstrated use of AI coding tools.
