AI Front Desk Partners is launching an AI-powered revenue growth and fulfillment company. We build modular client systems across AI reception, premium websites and AI concierge, growth marketing, CRM automation, and reporting. We need a hands-on technical builder who can turn approved plans into reliable, client-ready systems. This is not a general VA role. Schedule and pay - $6 USD per hour - 30-40 hours per week, Monday-Friday - Reliable Central Time overlap - Paid practical trial - Additional implementation commissions or bonuses may be available for clearly defined, successfully completed and accepted client deployments. What you will build - GoHighLevel subaccounts, workflows, pipelines, calendars, forms, custom fields, snapshots, permissions, dashboards, and reporting - AI Receptionist, Voice AI, and Conversation AI flows for qualification, booking, transfer, fallback, and safe human escalation - Premium 5-7 page conversion websites using Claude Code and our approved design workflow - not generic cookie-cutter templates - Responsive website experiences with strong visual polish, clear conversion paths, GHL forms/calendars/chat, analytics, GitHub/Cloudflare deployment, accessibility/performance QA, rollback, export, and client handoff - Bounded website AI concierge experiences using approved client facts and a safe human fallback - Local SEO/AEO, Google Business Profile, reputation, nurture/reactivation, Meta Pixel/CAPI, and attribution systems - Safe CRM coexistence or migration plans: field mapping, deduplication, source of truth, exports, rollback, and handoff - Clear SOPs, testing evidence, defect logs, time/cost receipts, and client-ready documentation You should have - Demonstrable GoHighLevel implementation experience - Hands-on experience using Claude Code or comparable AI-assisted coding tools to build polished websites - Solid HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals; Git/GitHub experience; Cloudflare familiarity is helpful - Strong visual judgment, responsive-design awareness, and an understanding of conversion-focused pages - Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, integrations, AI tools, and CRM automation - Strong troubleshooting and QA habits - Clear written English, dependable communication, and good judgment around client data, permissions, testing, and production changes To apply, answer briefly: 1.
