Sales & Cold Calling Virtual Assistant We are a tax software service bureau looking for a motivated Sales & Cold Calling VA to help grow our customer base. You will be responsible for calling leads, qualifying prospects, booking appointments, sending software demos, and connecting qualified prospects with our sales team. You will also assist with customer onboarding, follow-ups, and accepting payments . The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, persuasive, organized, and comfortable with sales and cold calling. Key Responsibilities: Cold call and follow up with leads Book sales appointments and software demos Qualify prospects and transfer them to the sales team Assist with onboarding new tax offices Follow up with prospects and customers Process/accept customer payments Maintain accurate lead and customer information Experience in sales, cold calling, or the tax industry is a plus.
