WHO WE ARE The Noir is an independent UK web studio selling websites and AI front-desk systems (missed-call text-back, review automation, quote chasing, AI receptionists) to local businesses - garages, salons, clinics, trades. These are real services with real UK customers, priced £79-£499/month and £650-£2,400 per project. This is not a lead-gen experiment or a dropshipping scheme. The businesses you'll call have a genuine problem - missed calls costing them £600+ a month - and we sell the fix. THE JOB You dial UK small businesses (60-100 calls per shift), open with a fact about their business from our CRM, qualify in two or three questions, and book a 15-minute call with the owner (Danyal), who closes. You set, he sells. Every lead, script, and tool is provided: - A live pipeline of 1,000+ researched UK leads, refreshed daily - A one-click CRM built for this exact job - script on screen, outcome logged in one tap - A UK phone system (you call from anywhere; the customer sees a UK number) - A full Sales Playbook and Service Manual (PDFs) - every line, every objection, every price - Call recordings reviewed with you - you get coached, not micromanaged WHAT YOU EARN (uncapped, paid weekly) - £75 for every monthly-service client that closes from your booked appointment - £20/month RESIDUAL for every month that client stays - your book compounds - £100 for every website project that closes from your appointment "Closed" = deposit paid, defined in writing. No caps, no thresholds, no games. Worked example, not a promise: book solidly and 4 monthly clients close in your first month = £300 + residuals starting. By month three, residuals alone can be paying you before you make your first dial of the day. The maths only moves one direction - up - because residuals stack and never reset. WHY COMMISSION-ONLY IS THE HONEST DEAL An hourly rate would pay you to dial. This pays you to matter. We provide the leads, the tools, the training, and a closer with a proven offer - you provide the voice and the hunger. High performers here out-earn any hourly VA rate; passengers earn nothing. We are hiring for the first kind. HOURS - YOU CHOOSE Up to 6 hrs/day, Mon-Fri, scheduled between 5pm-1am PHT (UK business hours). You pick your hours and commit to them weekly - minimum 3 hrs/day so your pipeline stays warm. More dials, more bookings, more residuals: your calendar is your pay rise. We are hiring TWO setters for this role - you'll split the lead pool, never compete for the same business, and the leaderboard is real.
