As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for: Responding to all incoming messages related to our Airbnb, Booking, and Vrbo listings through the Guesty platform. Managing guest reviews to maintain and enhance our online reputation. Reporting and coordinating all guest issues with the Local Team to ensure swift and effective resolution. We are looking for a candidate who is not only skilled in customer service but also has a keen eye for detail and a technical mindset. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple tasks will be crucial in this role.
