As an integral part of our order fulfillment team, you will be responsible for downloading customer images from Etsy, creating personalized photo collages in Canva, then uploading them to Inner Circle Prints after sending a proof to customers for approval, and managing the customization process in Hello Custom for other products. Your work will ensure that each order is accurately personalized and promptly sent through to our production partners. Key Responsibilities: Download and organize customer images for order processing. Create and upload personalized photo collages in Canva. Apply the correct personalization to designs using Hello Custom. Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Required Skills and Experience: Mid-level experience in order fulfillment or a related field. Strong attention to detail and technical proficiency. Experience with personalization tools, preferably Hello Custom. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
