Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented freelancer to review botanical images created with AI and help us improve their accuracy and realism. This is a part-time assignment for approximately 4 hours per day . The initial pilot will last three days. If the pilot is successful, the assignment will continue for at least three months. Main responsibilities Review AI-generated images of ornamental plants Check whether flowers, foliage, growth habit, colours, proportions and other botanical characteristics are visually accurate Compare each image with reliable reference photos found through Google Images Identify botanical inaccuracies and unrealistic AI elements Write clear and detailed prompts describing the required corrections Complete the full quality-control process through our own online platform Work carefully and consistently according to our quality guidelines Pilot and quality reviews The assignment starts with a three-day paid pilot , consisting of four working hours per day. During the pilot, we will hold a daily quality-review call through Google Meet. If the collaboration continues, quality-review calls will take place twice per week. Google Meet calls are always held with the camera switched on. Requirements Excellent attention to detail Accurate and methodical working style Good written and spoken English Ability to describe visual and botanical corrections clearly in English Reliable high-speed internet connection A large computer monitor is required A desktop or laptop computer is required This work is not suitable for mobile phones or tablets Availability for approximately four hours per day Comfortable participating in regular Google Meet review calls with camera on Knowledge of ornamental plants, horticulture, nursery plants or botanical identification is a strong advantage. Ideal candidate You enjoy comparing details, spotting visual inconsistencies and improving the quality of images. You are patient, precise and able to follow a structured review process. You do not approve an image simply because it looks attractive. You check whether the plant itself is botanically believable and representative of the correct species or cultivar. Please include relevant horticultural experience, plant knowledge or image-quality-control experience in your application.
