We're looking for an experienced Webflow Developer to join our growing team on a long-term basis. This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone who has extensive experience building high-quality Webflow websites and can confidently work with Webflow CMS and Webflow Ecommerce . Your responsibilities: Build maintain and optimise Webflow websites. Develop responsive pixel-perfect pages from Figma or design concepts. Create and manage complex Webflow CMS collections. Build and maintain Webflow Ecommerce stores including products categories and checkout configuration. Implement animations and interactions. Optimise websites for speed SEO and user experience. Troubleshoot issues and continually improve existing websites. Essential requirements: Proven commercial experience with Webflow. Strong experience using Webflow CMS . Strong experience with Webflow Ecommerce (Webflow Shop) . Excellent understanding of responsive design and UX. High attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong written and spoken English. Desirable skills: HTML CSS and JavaScript. Figma. SEO best practices. Integrations using Zapier Make or similar automation platforms. This remote role involves maintaining optimizing and scaling the Airtable and Zapier infrastructure for a venture capital firm. The specialist will work with operations and investment teams to power internal systems from deal tracking to founder onboarding and portfolio operations. The primary focus is on improving existing workflows and building new automations quickly. What You'll Be Doing Designing and replicating website layouts and components in Figma for handover to our Webflow development team. Creating new page designs that are clean modern and user-focused. Working from existing brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all projects.
