Your daily tasks will include: Fixing blocked or problematic orders in Shopify and our order management system (OMS), such as incorrect addresses or missing phone numbers. Communicating with our 3PL warehouse in Shanghai using Lark to address order issues and manage inbound shipments. Troubleshooting and resolving backend issues in the OMS to keep everything running smoothly. You'll work with a variety of tools, including Shopify , Google Sheets , Lark , and Chinese 3PL/OMS systems like Mabang or ECCANG , as well as platforms like 1688 and Alibaba . We're looking for someone who: Has a keen eye for detail and enjoys solving problems. Can communicate effectively and build strong relationships with our partners in Shanghai.
