About the Role SKT Med Spa is seeking a results-driven Growth Marketer with hands-on experience generating qualified leads and booked consultations for medical spas or aesthetic clinics. Your primary responsibility will be planning launching managing and optimizing Meta and Google advertising campaigns for treatments and services within the medical aesthetics industry. You should already understand the challenges of marketing this niche including local targeting treatment-specific messaging advertising compliance lead quality consultation bookings and patient acquisition costs. This is not a general social media role. We need someone who can demonstrate measurable results from campaigns they have personally managed for the same or a closely related niche. In addition to paid advertising you will support our website local SEO conversion tracking automation and video distribution. Core Responsibilities 1. Medical Spa Paid Advertising and Lead Generation Build launch manage and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns for medical spa treatments and seasonal promotions. Develop treatment-specific campaigns designed to generate qualified leads and booked consultations. Apply your existing knowledge of medical spa audiences local targeting patient motivations objections and conversion behaviour. Write compliant conversion-focused ad copy and develop effective creative concepts for the aesthetics industry. Test audiences offers hooks headlines landing pages forms and video creatives. Monitor lead quality Cost Per Lead Cost Per Booked Appointment booking rate show rate and return on ad spend. Identify underperforming campaigns quickly and make data-backed optimizations. Collaborate with the clinic team to improve lead follow-up and increase consultation bookings. Provide clear weekly reports explaining results challenges tests and recommended next steps. 2. Landing Pages and Conversion Optimization Build responsive high-converting landing pages for individual treatments and seasonal offers. Improve page copy layouts calls to action forms pricing information and booking flows. Ensure landing pages align with the ads and address common patient questions and objections. Conduct ongoing conversion testing to improve the percentage of visitors who become leads and booked appointments. 3. Tracking CRM and Marketing Automation Install test and maintain Meta Pixel Meta Conversions API Google Ads conversion tracking and Google Tag Manager. Confirm that leads calls booking actions and completed forms are tracked accurately. Build and monitor Zapier workflows connecting landing pages lead forms and advertising platforms to our CRM. Identify tracking errors or broken automations before they affect campaign reporting or lead follow-up. 4. AI SEO Local SEO and Google Business Profile Improve local search visibility for priority medical spa treatments and service areas. Complete weekly Google Business Profile optimization tasks including posts services photos FAQs and review-related updates. Optimize website content structured data treatment FAQs and local signals for traditional search and AI answer engines. Use AI tools to accelerate research and execution while maintaining accuracy compliance and brand quality. 5. Website and Technical Marketing Support Complete website updates using WordPress and Elementor or GoHighLevel. Update treatment descriptions layouts images offers pricing forms and calls to action. Monitor mobile responsiveness page performance broken links and booking functionality. Coordinate effectively with our internal technical team when more advanced development support is required. 6. Video Editing and Social Media Distribution Turn raw clinic footage and photos into polished Reels TikToks and paid advertising creatives. Edit multiple variations of hooks formats captions and calls to action for testing. Schedule approved content across relevant platforms. Monitor incoming messages and guide qualified prospects toward the appropriate booking link. Repurpose successful organic videos into advertising creatives where appropriate. Required Experience At least two years of hands-on digital marketing experience. Proven experience running Meta and/or Google Ads for medical spas aesthetic clinics cosmetic treatment providers plastic surgery practices dermatology clinics or a closely related niche. A portfolio that includes actual campaign examples results or case studies from this industry. Demonstrated experience generating treatment enquiries qualified leads and booked consultations. Strong understanding of local lead generation and high-ticket patient acquisition. Experience with WordPress and Elementor or GoHighLevel. Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager Google Ads Google Tag Manager Meta Pixel Conversions API and Zapier. Ability to interpret campaign data and explain performance clearly.
