Pay: $3/hour + a bonus for every hire and subcontractor you place Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, US Eastern Time business hours About the role We're always hiring in South Florida, and your whole job is keeping the pipeline full. You'll source, screen, and schedule local HVAC talent plus the subcontractor crews we work with, and hand qualified people to our ops team for interviews. Who you'll recruit | Service technicians and install technicians | Duct cleaners | Comfort advisors / sales technicians | Subcontractors: install crews, duct-cleaning crews, specialty trades What you'll do | Post and refresh job ads on Indeed, Facebook, Craigslist, trade boards, and local groups | Source daily: search resume databases, message passive candidates, work referrals | Phone-screen in English: experience, EPA 608 / licenses, tools, truck, pay expectations | Build and maintain a bench of vetted subcontractors ready to take work | Schedule interviews, send reminders, chase no-shows, keep the tracker current | Weekly report: ads live, candidates sourced, screens done, interviews set, hires made Who you are | Fluent spoken and written English - you'll be on the phone with American tradespeople all day | 1+ years in recruiting, sourcing, or high-volume outbound calling (blue-collar / trades recruiting is a big plus) | Persistent and organized - you work a pipeline, not a to-do list | You know HVAC roles and certs (EPA 608, NATE) or can learn them fast | Quiet workspace, reliable internet, headset, US Eastern hours Tools: Indeed, Facebook, Craigslist, Google Sheets / Workspace, VoIP dialer Why join Competitive pay plus a bonus every time someone you found gets hired or placed.
