    I run a short form content agency helping coaches and consultants grow their audience and book clients through content. I need a reliable VA to handle the full outreach process on Instagram from finding qualified leads to booking them on calls. What you'll actually do every day: Scrape and qualify leads on Instagram based on a strict criteria (niche fit financial signals has an existing offer CONTENT QUALITY). Full criteria provided. Send 40-60 new cold outreach DMs per day using our scripts If no reply send up to 3 follow-ups to the initial message The moment a lead replies and shows interest flag it to me so I can send a personal Loom video After the Loom is sent continue with up to 3 more follow-ups to move them toward booking a call Send custom follow-ups to any lead who goes mid-conversation silent they're warm don't let them go cold Manage replies and move qualified leads toward booking a call. If a conversation needs escalation (complex questions objections) flag it to me to take over Track everything in the provided tracker accurately & timely Schedule: Work block starts 9am-11am PST Monday-Friday. Work until your daily quota of outreach and follow-ups is complete. Two weekly check-in calls required during onboarding for training.
