About the Role This position is the operational heartbeat of our company. As our Operations Virtual Assistant you'll coordinate communication between property owners cleaners contractors and our management team to ensure every property is ready for the next guest. You'll be trusted to make decisions solve problems independently and keep operations running smoothly. Every day is different. Some days you'll schedule cleanings. Other days you'll solve last-minute issues communicate with clients review quality-control photos or help improve our internal systems. If you enjoy variety and thrive in fast-paced environments you'll love this role. What You'll Be Responsible For Operations & Scheduling Coordinate daily cleaning schedules. Assign jobs to cleaners based on availability and location. Monitor job progress throughout the day. Handle last-minute schedule changes. Coordinate emergency and same-day cleanings. Ensure every property is guest-ready before check-in. Help improve scheduling efficiency. Client Communication Respond professionally to property owners. Keep clients informed throughout the cleaning process. Answer questions promptly and accurately. Follow up on concerns or special requests. Build long-term relationships through excellent communication. Team Coordination Communicate daily with cleaners. Provide cleaners with property information and updates. Help troubleshoot issues in real time. Ensure everyone has the information they need to succeed. Support new team members during onboarding. Quality Control. Review cleaner-submitted photos. Verify completion of cleaning checklists. Report maintenance issues. Ensure company standards are consistently met. Track recurring quality issues and recommend improvements. Administrative Support. Organize company documents. Maintain spreadsheets and operational records. Update property information. Assist with onboarding paperwork. Help build and improve company processes.
