Encourage Good Leads is hiring a Sales Closer to run scheduled product demos and convert qualified appointments booked by our appointment-setting team into paying clients. This is NOT a cold-calling position. Your primary responsibility is running scheduled demos conducting discovery presenting our services handling objections following up and closing the sale. Responsibilities: | Run scheduled sales demos with business owners | Conduct discovery and identify the prospect's biggest marketing problems | Demonstrate our services and explain how the system solves those problems | Recommend the appropriate package or service | Present pricing clearly and confidently | Handle objections and ask for the sale | Follow up with prospects who do not close on the first call | Collect/coordinate payment and accurately hand closed clients to onboarding | Maintain accurate CRM notes and pipeline status We primarily work with contractors and local service businesses. Our services include managed advertising websites lead-response systems CRM reputation management local marketing and related services. Compensation: Commission-only position. Expected earning potential at full appointment capacity is approximately $3 000-$5 000+ per month depending on close rate and performance. This is an estimate not guaranteed income. Important: New closers will NOT immediately receive a full calendar of demos. You will first complete training mock demos and a performance-testing period. Qualified real appointments will be introduced gradually. As you demonstrate strong communication professionalism product knowledge follow-up and closing ability your demo volume will increase. We are actively expanding our appointment-setting team with the goal of providing successful closers with a consistent calendar of qualified demos. We are looking for someone who: | Has previous sales/closing experience | Has experience running sales calls or product demos | Speaks excellent English | Is confident and professional on phone/video calls | Understands consultative selling and discovery | Can confidently present and demonstrate a service | Can handle objections without sounding scripted | Builds trust quickly with business owners | Is comfortable asking directly for the sale | Is dependable coachable and competitive Success in this position is measured primarily by close rate collected revenue demo performance follow-up performance and call quality. There is room for increased responsibility and advancement as the sales operation grows.
