SEO Specialist - Ongoing Weekly Support We are looking for an experienced and proactive SEO Specialist to manage, enhance and monitor the organic search performance of our websites on an ongoing weekly basis. Responsibilities Complete an initial SEO audit of both websites and create a prioritised action plan. Conduct keyword research across our different services and target locations. Improve our rankings for commercially valuable searches relating to short-let management, Airbnb management, property management and accommodation. Optimise website pages, including headings, titles, meta descriptions, copy, images and internal links. Improve the visibility of our brands and content within AI-powered search engines and answer platforms. Identify opportunities to structure and strengthen our content so it can be accurately understood and referenced by platforms such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini and Perplexity. Identify opportunities for new service pages, location pages and blog content. Produce content briefs for new website pages and articles. Monitor Google Search Console and Google Analytics. Identify and resolve technical issues affecting crawling, indexing, website structure and page speed. Review our competitors and identify keywords and content opportunities we are currently missing. Improve local SEO, including Google Business Profile optimisation and local citations. Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, enquiries, conversions and visibility within AI-led search. Provide a concise weekly update covering completed work, results, issues and upcoming priorities. Produce a more detailed monthly performance report with recommendations. The ideal candidate will: Have proven SEO experience, preferably within property, hospitality, travel or another location-focused industry. Have practical experience with AI-led SEO, Answer Engine Optimisation and improving visibility within AI-generated search results. Understand how structured content, schema markup, authority signals and reliable source information influence AI search visibility. Be confident using Google Search Console, Google Analytics and recognised SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush or Screaming Frog. Understand technical SEO, on-page SEO, local SEO and content strategy. Be able to explain findings and recommendations clearly. Work independently and take ownership of agreed targets. Focus on generating qualified enquiries and bookings, rather than traffic alone.
