We're scaling aggressively and right now almost none of our content potential is being captured - we run real jobs every day with real before/afters real customer reactions and a real growth story and it's sitting on techs' phones instead of turning into followers and leads. I need someone who can take raw footage and a business that's actually growing and turn it into two accounts people actually follow. This is two lanes one person: the company's organic business account (proof-of-work content - before/afters technician/company culture customer trust) and my personal brand (founder journey building the business the behind-the-scenes of scaling toward a real growth goal). They feed each other - treat them that way.
