What You'll Own: Video Content: Editing short-form videos, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other engaging content. Social Media Management: Managing accounts across multiple platforms. Content Creation: Developing compelling posts, captions, graphics, and campaigns. Scheduling & Publishing: Consistent posting, planning, and content calendar management. AI Tools: Using AI to streamline workflows, enhance creativity, and increase productivity. Growth & Scaling: Building audiences, increasing engagement, expanding reach, and converting visibility into opportunities. Analytics & Strategy: Tracking results, identifying opportunities, and continuously improving performance. Who We're Looking For: Someone who: Has proven experience growing and managing social media accounts. Can show actual results, not just a portfolio of attractive posts. Is highly skilled in video editing and storytelling. Understands branding, audience engagement, and platform trends. Is proactive, resourceful, organized, and self-directed. Takes initiative and operates with minimal supervision. Loves experimenting, creating, and finding better ways to get results. Treats the accounts they manage like their own business.
