We're looking for a Growth-Driven Executive Tech Assistant to help run and grow Called to Build International - the movement equipping Christian entrepreneurs to build profitable Kingdom-focused businesses that fund missions and create real jobs. Rachel Ngom built a 7-figure business by 34 then laid it down in obedience to build something that lasts: a weekly podcast a Substack letter live workshops and programs that help Christian women become stronger leaders and scale their impact - without burning out. This is a contractor role that starts part-time (~20 hrs/month) with real room to grow in hours pay and scope for the right person. Most of the work is remote on your own schedule. WHAT YOU'LL OWN: | Podcast publishing - our editor edits the audio; you upload to Libsyn write SEO-optimized show notes create the episode graphic and publish to the blog/Substack. | Short-form video - repurpose episodes and Lives into clips for social using AI tools (Opus Clip Descript) on a consistent cadence. | Email & funnels in GoHighLevel - build and schedule campaigns build and update funnels registration pages and calendar/booking links - and QA every link date and step before anything goes live. | Quality control - you're the final set of eyes; nothing broken ever ships. | SEO + growth - implement SEO across podcast Substack blog and YouTube; track the numbers; research what's working in the market; and bring us experiments worth testing. We're scaling rapidly and now we're looking for a Sales Manager who is both a leader and a builder. If you're someone who can lead with strategy generate leads with intention and build systems that scale read on. Job Summary The Sales Manager will lead the development and performance of our sales team drive revenue growth and establish high-conversion systems for our multi-product ecosystem. You will oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing managing both inbound and outbound sales strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on leadership experience in building coaching and managing remote sales teams. Core Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management - Recruit train and supervise a high-performing virtual sales team. - Provide ongoing coaching mentorship and accountability to ensure team success. - Develop and track team KPIs commission plans and performance metrics. Pipeline & Forecasting - Monitor the entire sales funnel from awareness to close and provide weekly sales forecasts. - Maintain and refine sales dashboards and reporting systems. - Identify bottlenecks and lead solutions to improve conversion at each stage.
