Operations Manager - Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Agency

Encourage Good Leads is a growing digital marketing and lead generation company serving contractors and local service businesses. This position is for Encourage Good Leads, not our real estate business. We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager who can take ownership of day-to-day operations and help build a scalable, organized company. You will be responsible for managing and holding team members accountable, tracking KPIs, overseeing appointment setters and sales workflows, making sure leads are properly followed up with, maintaining SOPs, monitoring CRM workflows, coordinating client onboarding and fulfillment, identifying operational problems, and making sure tasks actually get completed. Our operation uses tools such as GoHighLevel, Google Workspace, calling/SMS systems, lead-generation tools, and third-party marketing fulfillment partners. Experience with GoHighLevel and managing remote sales/marketing teams is strongly preferred. I am looking for someone who takes initiative. I do not want to give step-by-step instructions for every task. You should be comfortable identifying problems, proposing solutions, managing people, and following through without constant supervision. Requirements: Previous agency operations/management experience; strong English communication; experience managing remote employees or VAs; KPI and performance tracking; CRM/workflow experience; strong organization and accountability; ability to create and improve SOPs; and reliable availability during U.S. business hours.
