Join our dynamic team as a TikTok Shop Growth & Creator Partnerships Virtual Assistant and drive the growth of our digital products in the evolving landscape of social commerce and e-commerce. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who is passionate about digital marketing and adept at building relationships with creators across multiple platforms. In this role, you will: Research and identify creators in the fields of career, recruiting, job-search, personal finance, and lifestyle across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Initiate and negotiate outreach for collaboration, affiliate, or UGC opportunities, and manage the follow-up process effectively. Utilize TikTok Shop Seller Center to find and invite creators, coordinate sample requests, and sustain active creator partnerships. Analyze trends in TikTok Shop, monitor competing products, and track creator video performance to recommend actions that enhance product visibility and sales. Maintain organized reports on creator interactions, collaboration outcomes, and sales performance. To be successful in this role, you should have: Experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center , TikTok Analytics, and creator-discovery tools. Proficiency in Google Sheets , Google Drive, Canva, and CapCut. Familiarity with Shopify , Meta Business Suite, and social media scheduling platforms is strongly preferred. Exceptional communication skills and a knack for building and maintaining professional relationships.
