Join our dynamic B2B SaaS team as a Client Onboarding and Success Specialist where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and success. We're seeking a mid-level professional with a keen eye for detail and a strong technical aptitude to guide our clients through seamless onboarding and support their ongoing engagement with our platform. As a Client Success Specialist you'll be responsible for: Efficiently onboarding new accounts to their first live call within 3 business days ensuring a smooth start and quick adoption of our services. Sending comprehensive weekly and monthly captured-revenue reports to keep clients informed of their financial progress. Monitoring account health vigilantly and initiating proactive save conversations to prevent churn. Handling configuration changes and support requests promptly to maintain high client satisfaction. Identifying opportunities for referrals and expansion upgrades during high engagement periods. To excel in this role you should possess: Proven experience in client onboarding and success within the B2B SaaS industry. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data effectively. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer care. Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal. The ability to work independently in a remote environment.
