As a Customer Service Assistant with nine years of experience, I have developed strong customer service skills. Two years in a BPO company as Customer Account Executive handling technical service for US based clients and seven years working as bank teller in one of the universal bank in the Philippines. As of the moment I am right now based in DUBAI, UAE working in a Financial Institution as a Customer Service Representative.
