Hi, I am Racquel Rafallo. I live in the Philippines with my husband and 3 kids. During my free time, I binge-watch my favorite TV shows about fighting crime and the supernatural. I have 13 years of experience in the call center industry and 6 years as a virtual assistant. I have a track record of supporting clients from the U.S. (who were in the shipping & logistics, transportation, and recruitment industries. My Australian client was in the advertising industry, and my U.K. client was in the real estate industry.
