Hello Everyone! I'm Fritz Jastine, but you can call me Fritz or Jas. I'm currently based in Davao City, Philippines. I recently graduated with a degree in BS Psychology, and for the past four years, I’ve been a working student—balancing both work and studies. I’ve been part of the BPO industry for 4 years and 2 months, which has helped me become flexible, adaptable, and confident in fast-paced environments. I’m reliable, highly driven, and organized. In my most recent role, I worked as a Maintenance Coordinator at a property management company. My main responsibilities included handling renter requests, coordinating with property owners and property managers, and ensuring that all maintenance tasks were organized and completed in a timely manner. Prior to that, I served as a Vendor Support Specialist in the same industry. In this role, I was responsible for sourcing and acquiring service providers from different states. I made multiple outbound calls to invite vendors to partner with our company, processed their applications, and provided support throughout their onboarding journey by answering any questions or concerns they had. I also worked for 2 years and 5 month in Logistic Company and Health care account. For Health Care Account, handled queries and provide override prescription for members. For shipping company, scheduler, outbound rescheduling, handled escalations and request from the customer. Subject Matter Expert, handled agents from different team and answer all their queries.
