I am an experienced customer service agent and cold caller. I have 6 years of experience in the customer service industry and 2 years in cold calling and email chat support and Virtual Assistant as well. I was trained by one of the largest BPO companies in the Philippines. Trained to manage customer’s technical issues through calls troubleshoot technical concerns with cable tv, internet, EMAIL, CHAT SUPPORT, and home phone create escalation tickets, dispatch field technicians and do outbound calls to monitor and ensure that the customer's issue has been resolved. I was also able to help my previous client to create countless successful appointments. I have experience in REAL ESTATE for 2 years, my task calling Homeowners if they are interested to selingl their houses or their properties.I handled AT[hidden], T-MOBILE, MACYS, FRONTIER AIRLINES. We do have SALES, process payments, discuss bills to the customers, process orders and returns. I can work with less supervision and reliability as I have worked graveyard and day shifts.
