I am seeking opportunities where I will be able to use my knowledge and skills and my main goal is to work in an industry that requires Customer Service, Booking Appointments, Product Entry/Upload/Import and Lead Generation. I am an experienced Sales and Customer Service Representative and Appointment Setter. As a sales and customer service representative, I successfully resolved customer claims and handled inquiries and accurately recorded customers’ information. More importantly I have enhanced my skills as an agent keeping customer satisfied. I also have a strong background in calling businesses and set appointments with sales rep/specialist. Computer data entry was one of my everyday task as an appointment setter as I list any appointments I generated and I was required to send follow up emails to each successful appointment set.
