My name is Angela Mae Daguinotas and I live in Philippines , as far as my educatuional qualification is concerned that I have done graduation in English Honors and I have 4 years of experience in teaching also In VA for almost 1 year, I'm an easy going person that works well with everyone. I enjoy being around different types of people and I like to always challenge myself to improve at everything I do. I'm a hard worker and I like to take on a variety of challenges. My background includes teaching kids and adults of all levels. In my class, I talk about a variety of topics, and my classes are always fun and respectful. In my previous roles, I have gained extensive experience in customer service, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. I am familiar with different communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, and I am comfortable using various CRM and ticketing systems. I am also skilled in data entry, order processing, and basic technical support, and I have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets. I am able to work well under pressure and I am committed to delivering results and providing a positive customer experience.
