With over 2 years of experience as an Executive Virtual Assistant serving U.S and U.K.-Based clients, I managed overall database and administrative tasks, coordinated real estate transactions, handled CRM tools, engaged in SEO copywriting, website management, performed cold-calling, provided phone and email support, scheduled appointments, managed calendars, emails, and social media, conducted email and text campaigns for client automation, and maintained an operations manual. Additionally, I offered graphic design services and provided general personal assistance. In my role as a project management and research assistant intern at FACTS Asia, I coordinated webinars, podcasts, and company seminars, proofread and fact-checked submissions, wrote research proposals, articles on ASEAN affairs, press releases, and podcast scripts, and managed social media accounts. My achievements include receiving the Diplomatic Achievement Award and being voted Rapporteur at the 6th Miriam College-International Studies Model United Nations. I was also an Academic Dean’s Lister from 2021 to 2023, received a Certificate of Achievement for Best in English for Academic and Professional Purposes, and earned a Merit Award for Academic Performance (Honorable Mention) in the 2017-2018 Final Term. I published two articles in FACTS Asia: "Major Power Relations under the Marcos Administration" and "Prospects for Cross-Strait Relations in 2023." Graduating as a merit awardee with a degree in International Politics and Peace Studies in July 2023, I balanced my academic achievements with working as an English as a Second Language teacher and maintaining a working student status throughout college.
