The last and most recent role and experience I had was as a Healthcare Virtual Assistant and Medical Scribe for 5 months, dealing with Intake of new patients and referrals. *Appointment setting — scheduling, managing cancelations, and sending reminders to patients. *Calendar management — creating a schedule that includes appointments with patients as well as other commitments, such as meetings and events. *Transcribing / (live) scribing - writing out words heard on a patient's medical records audio file or during a real time actual consultation with the doctor.
