Please allow me to introduce myself and how I can help you. My name is John Martin S. Miciano. Currently I am a both a registered nurse and licensed real estate salesperson. In the field of real estate sales, I have already enjoyed some success. Through my knowledge and expertise in Social Media Marketing, Social Media Management and Sales, I helped many of my clients find their dream homes and real estate investments. An estimated 60% of the sales that I close is due to my Social Media Management and Social Media Marketing Skills and approximately half of them are from organic leads. I also create my own content for my Social Media Pages for Real Estate. Aside from my knowledge in Canva and Adobe Photoshop, I have also attended trainings such as SMARE training ( Social Media Ads for Real Estate ) and Elevate Results Sales Training. I am a registered nurse and I have work experience both in hospital setting as a staff nurse and in the corporate setting as a company nurse and human resource staff. My experience in the hospital gave me real life skills and knowledge in healthcare which supplemented the knowledge I already have from my studies. I have experienced working both at a tertiary and secondary hospitals, and have been rotated to almost all the departments. I have worked at the wards, emergency room, Covid isolation areas, I have some experience with intensive care and for a time I also worked as the nurse in charge of the ENT and Ophthalmology room of a hospital. My experience at the corporate setting as a company nurse and HR assistant also provided me with knowledge with the tasks in HR and admin works as well as occupational health and safety. I also have completed some trainings with Virtual Assistant tasks and skills. I am eager to put, the skills I learned to practice and I am also hungry to know and learn more skills on the job.
