I worked as a Customer Service Representative in one of the biggest Telecommunication Company in USA-Tmobile that is based here in the Philippines and also in an American Broadcasting company which is SiriusXM which I have gained a lot experiences and learnings such as going beyond what is expected and going extra miles for my clients to make sure that they are happy and satisfied with my work. I have a very quiet environment, good internet connection, laptop and PC . I have never experienced a power interruption which is why I am confident that I can submit all the tasks on a given deadline. I am task-driven, passionate and 100% committed to what I do. I know that I can work on minimal supervision or none at all and won’t bother with a lot of questions as long as the instructions are already given because I know that the reason why a entrepreneur/business men and women are hiring is because to focus on something else more important.
