Technical Support/Phone System Consultant
I work as a phone system consultant with RingCentral, a cloud base phone system communication base in the US and Canada. I provide assistance with customers on their preferred set up of their phone system. I assist customers with 0-19 Digital Lines. I also provide recommendations for additional phone service set up that will help our customers improve their phone system in their daily business operations. I also provide billing support inquiries, just the basic and simple inquiries otherwise transfer to their account manager. Moreover, in my free time, I write stories about family, myself, and fantasy stories. Those stories are written in Tagalog settings. I used to create ads, groups, and pages using Facebook promoting my network where I used to join. Posting available products approved by Facebook, sending emails to those interested, texting them for notifications, and calling them when they replied. I used to be the supervisor year 2013 to 2014. I handled a group of janitors. I do monitoring of the service provided, computing daily time records (attendance), and submitting a report of accomplished jobs of the day. I do more reporting. When I joined the BPO industry, I started to provide service for the following services: IPTV, HSIA, CVOIP, and Satellite TV. After a month, I supported technicians in the field as a back up for them (for install and repair service) thru chat. I did it for almost 3.5 years.
