Good Day! I am Ma. Abegail Sacramento David. I have 7 years of experience in the BPO industry and 6 years of experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant. I used to work with several brokers and realtors in the US including Steve Montgomery of CAVU Inc. in Florida, Garrett Lyon of KP Elite Arizona, Brandon Kahla of Brandon Kahla Real Estate in Texas, Konstantin Safris, the owner and broker of Simple Real Estate in California, and LaTonya Sampson of Keller Williams in Washington. I also used to work for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Hawaii Realty for 2 years as a Senior Account Administrator. In my experience with the company, I am primarily responsible for processing Listings, Escrows, and Closing transactions which includes data entry in MLS Matrix and Skyslope. I also add Listings in various web-based external and virtual programs to enhance their marketing strategy. I am also the executive assistant of the Accounting Manager of the company and I am responsible for updating the status of sales in the Real Ledger system. I also work on the accounts payables, accounts receivables, weekly EFTs, and yearly budget of the company. I also used to work as an Escrow Compliance Officer for Level-Up TC, a company owned by the Transaction Coordinator: Kassandra Carrillo. I am primarily responsible for processing Escrow transactions for EXP Realty and other external company agents. That includes data entry in various platforms including MLS Matrix, Skyslope, Dotloop, Sentry Backagent, Brokermint, and Brivity. I also regularly communicate with Escrow and Loans Officers for the proper monitoring of each transaction. I also send updated timelines weekly to clients to keep them updated on the smooth flow of their Escrows. I believe that I am best suited for this position because working with various people who are involved in this business, I gained all the knowledge and skills that I need to become the Virtual Assistant that companies need. Working with the said companies, I was able to experience the crazy and exciting world of Real Estate.
