Conduct property research including identifying easements access issues and other property details relevant to land deals. Support both sides of our deal pipeline - acquisitions (sourcing and closing on properties working with sellers and their agents) and dispositions (marketing properties and coordinating with buyer-side and listing agents) - and handle day-to-day operational tasks as our pipeline grows.
