E-commerce Project Coordinator - Remote

I'm looking for a proactive, resourceful and highly organised person to help me build a new online retail business from the ground up. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with a founder on an early-stage venture. You'll help turn ideas into reality by researching products, sourcing suppliers, coordinating projects and helping launch a beautifully curated online marketplace. Key Responsibilities Research competitors, products and market trends Source products and identify potential suppliers Contact brands regarding wholesale and partnership opportunities Assist with building and managing a Shopify store Upload products, images and descriptions Coordinate projects and keep tasks on track Conduct AI-assisted research using ChatGPT and other tools General administration and business support Skills & Experience Shopify experience (preferred) Strong internet research skills Product sourcing or e-commerce experience Excellent written English Highly organised with strong attention to detail Confident using AI tools such as ChatGPT Canva experience is an advantage Able to work independently and solve problems About You You're curious, resourceful and enjoy building things from scratch. You're comfortable figuring things out, taking initiative and keeping projects moving without needing constant direction. You enjoy research, organisation and bringing ideas to life. Hours Part-time (approximately 10 hours per week to start), with the opportunity to grow as the business grows.
