Part-Time Marketing Virtual Assistant

Design Lift Studio is seeking a proactive and organized Marketing Virtual Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key player in executing our marketing strategy, you will work remotely to enhance our presence across various platforms and support our outreach efforts within the real estate industry. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of tasks designed to drive engagement and generate leads: Create and Schedule Content: Develop visually compelling graphics using Canva, craft engaging captions, and produce Reels/short-form content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. Research and Build Lead Lists: Identify and compile lists of qualified Realtors, brokers, property investors, STR owners, and property managers that align with our target client profile. Execute Outreach and Follow-Ups: Conduct cold calls, send personalized emails and DMs, and diligently track responses to secure booked discovery calls. Maintain the CRM and Marketing Pipeline: Update lead statuses, organize contact information, schedule follow-ups, and ensure the pipeline remains streamlined and efficient. To excel in this role, you should be comfortable using tools such as GoHighLevel, Canva, and Capcut, and possess a strong visual sense. Experience with social media platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok is essential. We are looking for a mid-level professional who can seamlessly translate marketing activities into qualified leads and revenue.
