This mid-level role requires a technical and detail-oriented approach to manage our recruitment pipeline effectively. As a Recruiter, you will: Engage daily with caregiver, CNA/HHA, LPN, and RN applicants through calls, texts, and follow-ups. Screen candidates for their healthcare experience, availability, reliability, communication skills, and suitability for private-duty home care cases. Schedule interviews for qualified candidates and maintain an updated recruiting pipeline. Track every applicant stage, follow-up, document request, interview, and subsequent steps using Google Sheets and Google Drive. Provide daily recruiting updates, including calls made, texts sent, candidates screened, interviews booked, documents received, and any blockers encountered. To excel in this role, you should be proficient with: Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Gmail for managing candidate data and communication. WhatsApp [hidden] Google Calendar for scheduling and follow-ups. Video conferencing tools like Zoom or Google Meet for remote interviews. Job boards such as Indeed for sourcing candidates. Basic applicant tracking systems and time-tracking/screenshot software for efficient workflow management.
