In this role, you will: Handle inbound calls and texts from sellers of diabetic supplies, ensuring each interaction is professional and efficient. Ask a precise set of product questions, including brand, quantity, expiration date, box condition, and product codes, ensuring accuracy in every detail. Log each interaction in our custom CRM with comprehensive, detailed notes to maintain clear and organized records. Request and follow up on photos of product boxes from sellers, ensuring all necessary documentation is received. Identify and flag any unusual or uncertain details for the owner, maintaining integrity and accuracy without making assumptions. We are looking for someone who: Is proficient with Google Workspace, including Gmail and Sheets. Is comfortable learning and using our in-house CRM, with full training provided.
