Your daily responsibilities will include: Identifying potential candidates online and initiating genuine conversations. Clearly and warmly explaining our offerings to prospects. Maintaining consistent follow-up until each prospect joins or is ruled out. Utilizing email primarily, with LinkedIn or Facebook messaging to enhance communication. As the first human touchpoint, your interpersonal skills will be key. You'll need to be more personable than scripted, ensuring each interaction is meaningful and engaging. Deliverables we expect from you include: A daily updated shared tracker with prospect details, status, and next actions. Creation and refinement of short, personalized outreach messages and follow-up templates. A weekly summary highlighting wins, bottlenecks, and improvement ideas for response rates.
