In this role, you will be responsible for: Responding promptly to client inquiries across multiple platforms, including text, Instagram, TikTok, and managing patient rescheduling messages. Efficiently managing our online scheduling system to ensure seamless client bookings. Driving e-commerce growth through strategic initiatives on TikTok and Shopify. Your technical expertise will be supported by tools such as Canva , enabling you to create visually appealing content that resonates with our audience. Your role will require a balance of creativity and analytical skills to enhance our brand's visibility and customer interaction. We are looking for someone who is: Experienced in e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify. Proficient in managing and growing social media channels, with a focus on TikTok and Instagram. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to handle appointment scheduling and client inquiries efficiently. Able to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with our team.
