Drive social media marketing by planning, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Actively engage with potential clients through direct messages to convert leads. Serve as a liaison to streamline administrative processes by independently resolving routine scheduling or customer service issues and compiling daily reports on high-priority operational challenges. To excel in this role, you should have expertise in using Bubble, Salesforce, Twilio, Meta Business Suite, Canva , and TikTok/Instagram video editors .
